I can’t remember the last time I have posted on my own website. I am bored sitting at work so I thought I would provide some updates. I have made several improvements to my home theater system, mainly hardware. I have upgraded my cable tuner to an Silicondust HDHomeRunPrime which works far better than the Hauppauge Wintv DCR-2650. Also, I have upgraded my internet to Extreme and the modem from Time Warner’s rental to a Motorola SB6121. This modem is  DOCSIS 3.0 and is far more stable. Finally, I have upgraded my HTPC case from a cheap Apevia to an nMediapc HTPC 2000 series case with the nMediapc PRO-LCD-B. The case is much more aesthetically pleasing and better design. I have also installed a Media Center custom theme Black Desert. It is 3D background at startup with black overlays. Finally, I made some cosmetic changes for my home theater system, by running cables from my tv behind drywall and removed the wheels from my tv stand. Well, I think that is it and please see new picture of my home theater system under the Portfolio section. It will probably be a long time before i post anything again…

I just recently took an career offer from M5 Networks as a customer support representative. This was a better opportunity for me to advance in my early career. Also, this will allow me to gain more experience on the networking side of IT where the last job I was employed at was more hardware and sofware. This is the latest news I have to offer.

I finally added a Facebook profile link to my website, go me! On the other hand I could not figure out why navigation bar links mouse hover color was not blue like every other mouse hover link. Stupid me forgot to put #6598b8 and now all mouse hovering links are uniform.

I know that there has not been much activity fromme, but better late than never. I just updated my portfolio with some new pictures and information. I also updated my resume since I am currently working at Unisys Corporation. I have been upgrading my home theater system. I recently wall mounted my LCD, purchased new surround sound speakers and bought an MC IR keyboard. Also, I upgraded my car audio system with the Pioneer MVH-8200BT digital media receiver which displays album art and plays movies. I finally completely converted over to the digital side Always got to have the latest and greatest!

Just got my professional website up and running again and does it feel good to have it back up.
